Hate speech in this forum is defined as anything that has to do with skin color, national background, or culture. BE WARNED that my website and forums are ABSOLUTELY NOT a safe space for sexual preferences.

The reason?
Simply for the fact that it's not a "hate speech" topic I'm willing to enforce or touch. EVERYONE must be able to speak their minds in a place of public discourse. The moment we moderate speech like, "You're gay? I'll pray for you," we also have to moderate speech that says, for example, "I AM gay and I'm proud of it!!" Once we start doing that, we become North Korea. I'm from a country where we value our freedom of speech, and I want all of my guests and users to be able to do that here.

Does this mean I can't crack fried chicken jokes here?

Yes, you most certainly can! HOWEVER I warn you right now: those types of jokes had better not contain ANY racial slurs (ABSOLUTELY NO N BOMBS). And I WILL remove these jokes at a user's request (pending an investigation, of course).
